Let's experience the beautiful view from the top of the Japanese highest mountain, well known all over the world for its beauty and spirituality. After climbing up to the top of Mt. Fuji, you can see the clouds under you and feel a lot of new energy coming to you.

7:10 a.m.Leave Keio Plaza Hotel. Shinjuku 11:30 a.m.Arrive at Mt.Fuji Kawaguchiko 5th station. Lunch on your own and prepare to climb.1:00 p.m.Depart 5th Station and ascend route. 5:00 p.m.Arrive at Toyokan lodge at 8th station. Short stay at Toyokan Hut (Dinner and rest until 11:00 p.m.)
11:00 p.m.Leave Toyokan for summit with box breakfast. 4:00 - 5:30 a.m.Arrive at Mt.Fuji summit. Rising sun watching and breakfast break.5:30 a.m.Leave summit and descend. 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.Arrive at Mt.Fuji Kawaguchiko 5th Station. Lunch on your own and rest.11:30 a.m.Depart 5th Station. 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. "Beni fuji no yu" hot springs (Public onsen spa bathing) 4:30 p.m. Tour disbands on arrive at Shinjuku.
NOTE* Children under the age of 6 cannot take part in this tour. Tour participants aged 6 - 15 years of age are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 20 years of age or older. Tour participants aged 16 - 19 years of age can join the tour alone on the condition that they can provide written permission from a parent or guardian. * This tour package does not include mountain climbing insurance. Mountain climbing insurance in Japan is not available for foreign nationals. We recommend that customers purchase insurance before leaving their home countries.* Climbing sticks can be purchased at a discount at the 5th station rest house.* The tour group will be joined by a Japanese tour group. The English-speaking guide will mainly attend to the Sunrise group throughout the tour. * We can accept requests for tours to be operated on Mondays and Wednesdays (except July 28) if the request consists of more than 8 participants. The tour fee and itinerary will be the same as a normally-operated tour. 1.Tour participants will climb Mt.Fuji on foot from the 5th station to a mountain hut at the 8th station. 2.It may not be possible to see the sunrise from the top of Mt.Fuji due to complications such as bad weather conditions or delays caused by heavy traffic.3.The English-speaking tour guide will accompany the tour group for the whole tour schedule. The climbing guide (Japanese-speaking only)will join the group from Mt. Fuji's 5th station and will remain with the group to the summit and back (to the 5th station).4.In the case of rain, the tour will still be operated. However, the tour may be cancelled at any time if the tour guide or the climbing guide determines that the weather conditions are unfit or unsafe for climbing the mountain. In addition, the tour itinerary, route, and schedule may change due to weather and/or heavy traffic.5.For safety reasons, all tour participants are required to submit their names, addresses and emergency contacts, as well as fill out a form onboard the bus to Mt. Fuji.6.Please note that no personal belongings can be left on the bus, so please pack accordingly in appropriate baggage. There are facilities for keeping baggage at the 5th station.7.If you arrive at the 5th station later than 11:30 a.m. on the 2nd day and miss the bus returning to Tokyo, you will be responsible for providing your own transportation.8.The hut to be used for a short rest during the climb is located at an altitude of 3,000 meters above sea level, and the temperature is about 15 degrees lower than at ground level. At the summit, it is considerably colder (about 5 degrees centigrade), so please prepare and dress accordingly for the cold.9.The air is thin, there is a possibility of suffering from mountain sickness, and climbing Mt. Fuji can be a physically taxing. Please take care of your health, prepare for this activity, and get plenty of rest in advance.10.The sleeping space at the Toyokan hut is mixed-gender with bunk beds. The space allotted to each participant is typically about 1.6 square meters, so please be aware that you may not be able to sleep comfortably. Basic toilets are located outside the hut (Western-style toilets are not available), and there are not bathing facilities.11.Water is a precious commodity on the mountain. Mineral water and other beverage are available at the huts along the way, but they are usually remarkably expensive. It is recommended that you prepare an appropriate quantity in advance to bring yourself and only buy extra incidentally during the climb.12.Toilets on the mountain carry a fee, costing at least JPY 100 for each use.13.The climbing path from the 5th station is very rough, and there is no cover from sunlight, rain, or other natural elements. It is recommendable that you bring a hat with a brim and rain gear.14.Light mountain climbing boots which cover your ankles are recommended.15.The following list is a guide for what to bring:flashlight/torch (a headlamp is best) / Warm clothing (sweaters, fleece, etc.) / Full water bottle / Rain gear (with separate coat and pants) / large plastic bags / one change of clothes (wrapped in a plastic bag) / any medication you take regularly / hat (with a brim is best) / tissues / gloves (good for climbing on rocky parts and to keep warm) / other personal items / towels (3 or more; towels can be rented for JPY 100 or purchased for JPY 210 at the hot spring on the second day)16.No vegetarian menu is available at the hut. Tour participants with special meal preferences should bring their own food.
