At the same time, we are committed to open and fair corporate activities and treat the confidence placed in us by our customers, business partners, and society with the highest level of importance.
For the actualization of such credo and philosophy, we think that it is an indispensable requirement to securely protect personal information of all the people that are related to us, including our customers. Therefore, we will take the following measures.
1.We will prepare the personal information protection management system on protection of personal information that conforms to the JISQ15001 standard, and all our directors and employees will strictly observe it.
2.We will collect, use, provide, and handle personal information in accordance with the above personal information protection management system We will legally and fairly collect such information within the range necessary to our business for use and provision within the aimed scope.
3.We will take organizationally and technologically reasonable measures to prevent and correct loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, and other risks of all the personal information handled in our company, as well as illegal access to it.
4.We will create a system that provides appropriate and timely responses to complaints or questions regarding the use of personal information.
5.We will observe laws and ordinances on protection of personal information, guidelines, social norms, and public order and morals.
6.We will constantly improve the personal information protection management system through regular auditing and checking.

Our company handles our customer's personal information in the following manner based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and our company's policy for personal information protection so as to ensure the protection of such information.

| We will provide customer's personal information, such as customer's name, gender, age, address, telephone or e-mail address, passport number, credit card number using an electronic method, etc., to transportation companies, lodging facilities, insurance companies, or their proxies acting for them to the extent necessary to make arrangements for requested travel services, and taking the procedures for receiving such services, or to the extent necessary for procedures required for insurance to fulfill our company's responsibility under the travel contract and costs to be incurred in the event of an accident. For the convenience of customer shopping, etc., at travel destinations, our company may provide customer's personal data retained by our company to relevant souvenir shops. In such case, we will deliver to them personal data including the customer's name, passport number, and relevant flight number using an electronic method, etc., in advance. Customers who wish to withhold such personal data to be provided to these business entities are asked to notify their retail agency where the application for travel arrangements was made before departure. |

Our company's group companies may use it for providing information on each company's business profile, and events, etc., simplifying the customer's application procedure, and delivering purchased goods.
